Cheddar's career change!

She took a shine to the Heating engineer doing the boiler service. And is considering a new career.

The last person who did my cat service had a cat allergy and spent the whole time sneezing and with runny eyes. He said he was never coming to my house again!

She has a new career, supervising the engineer 😍😁She's gorgeous

He was absolutely amazed, that she responded to him when he spoke to her. And she was demanding tummy tickles from him. He thought she is really cute. My sister (who tells everyone that she's the ugliest cat in the world) suggested I get someone else as he must be partially sighted. (She loves her really!)

Cheddar is definitely mogsplaining to him in that first photo "No, that's not where that part goes!"

My dd said cheddar is the cutest cat in the world and I agree although I do think my cat is very pretty 😁

That made me laugh out loud. She's very good at Mogsplaining. She has an opinion on everything!

@Clarich007 I wish I could take credit for the name. But she came with it, when I registered her micro chip to my address . I discovered her name is actually mini Cheddar. (I changed that bit).

Cheddar was watching tv with me when the new advert for mini cheddars came on. She was not sure about it!

I expect she is saying "Hooman this is my place to lay down and warm my belly. Ger-out!"

Balanchine has now reached the point where he is more likely than not to supervise the work of visitors to the house. Nijinsky might observe from a considerable distance; or if he is feeling Very Brave (& the human in question has Good Vibes) will put in an appearance. Balanchine was quite shamelessly demanding fusses from a nurse I’d out to see me on Wednesday though. It is mostly HCPs they see; & there would be definite advantages to a bit of feline CPD in that area 🤔 (I attach pictures of them continuing their examination of my wheelchair last year, after forgotten!pushrims were fitted. Balanchine had been keen to assist in said process while Nijinsky supervised from stairs à la lurking Batman; but once the tech was gone they were both straight in to check his work 😸)

I particularly love the photo of Cheddar where she seems to be trying to hypnotise the observer &/or communicate telepathically. She has a sweet wee face 😻

Good old cheddar! I too look forward to the updates on her antics.

@Babyloniaroma yes I have another Persian. Called Magic. She's black so really difficult to take good pictures of. And doesn't have such a strong personality as Cheddar. But she's definitely the one in charge.

What a pair! I can see why you say Magic is in charge, she does look a bit schoolmarm-ish in the photo, whereas Cheddar looks as if she's about to do something a bit cheeky.
