I brought a new cat home yesterday and stashed him in his own room with everything he needs. Our existing cat knows he is in there but I want to do introductions slowly because she used to get bullied by her sibling.
I'm a bit concerned he's bored though, we go in frequently to give him company. I've tried toys and catnip but he's not interested, just likes to lay with us. He has the window to look out of but not much goes on.
I've just ordered some yeow toys which I know a lot of cats love and I'm going to get him a treat maze and put some dry food in it later.
Is there anything else I can do to keep him entertained whilst he's in confinement?
