My parents cat was claiming that having a spot on flea treatment was assault. And he did not consent. I ended up explaining the rules of consent and said that since he was not able to consent. We would make a best interests decision. He reminded me that he was a god in Ancient Egypt. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🙄

Ahahaha Toddler! I love your posts 🐈‍⬛

Did you point out that even gods don’t like to be itchy?

Oo I missed a trick there! I told him it was in his best interests not to have fleas. He claims Gods don't have fleas.

I had to remind mine that capacity was decision-specific the other day during a discussion about deworming.

I have also found myself saying "use your words" when she hit me across the face for stroking her wrong.

I did mention the MCA. But he just kept telling me that his status as A God overruled that. I did say that I seriously doubted that he had capacity to make the decision.
