Never ending hungry kitten

I have a kitten who is about 4 months old. He's a good weight. Not overweight, not underweight. Fed James well beloved a mixture of both dry and wet.
Now when i say this kitten is always hungry I'm not being dramatic
I tend to feed him dry thru the day to encourage grazing but it's gone in 10 seconds. Hoovers it down. One wet pouch in the morning, one in the evening. This is all within packet guidelines and what the vet has recommended, it's gone in 10 seconds. He's constantly looking for food. Stealing food, begging for food. He stole a piece of cheese off my toddler and hunched over it growling and hissing. I wouldn't mind but I do feed him!
I've bought snack balls and treat balls to encourage him to work for his food. Not interested
He's fully flead and wormed.
Not neutered but that is coming up when he is 6 months
The vet says he might be a hungry cat but there's nothing physically wrong with him
So any suggestions?

Ours was on 300g wet at that age. It tailed off when he was a year old.

He’s growing fast.

Can’t really tell without seeing photos. Lots of photos…

Kittens are bottomless pits. His appetite will decrease when he’s older.

😂dead right!
We're all qualified cat vets but obviously can't give a diagnosis without some photos.

I need a photo (pleeeeease).

He needs more food. Kittens grow really quickly and need much more than you think.

I would go for three pouches a day minimum.

We give ours four meals a day they absolutely scoff their food down! They are 5 months

Our 3 were voracious at that age. It's now quite calm, they eat when they want as rheres always food down. He's a teenager! He's growing incredibly quickly and probably plays constantly. Feed him more!

I don’t think the pouches are as filling as the cans. I find my cat goes through these rapidly
