Pate cat food recommendations

Happy New Year fellow cat people.

My cat has decided that he no longer wants the cat food he's loved for a couple of years now (Gourmet Gold Melting Heart). He's no cheap date and refuses to eat anything that has any lumps in of any kind (despite happily also eating dry food), so I was wondering if anyone here could recommend a very smooth pate food that he might like.

Lily's Kitchen pates are nice, decent quality too

He liked Lily's Kitchen for about a week so I remortgaged the house and sold a kidney and bought some in bulk and he never touched the stuff again. 😂

Have you tried the Sheba terrine and/or Perfect Portions? Mine quite liked that.

Morrison's have an own brand pate and sell a Webbox one for about 75p a tin.

Aldi do a pate one that has a remarkably high meat content for the price. Very limited flavours though. I have only seen turkey and salmon.

Well, if he’s anything like my cats, he’ll only really be happy eating at Michelin starred restaurants. And even then, barely.

I'll second the recommendation for the Aldi one. My dogs love it. It comes in turkey beef chicken and lamb (the brand is Earls)

Sorry I read it as dog food .ignore me

Is that their Vitacat mousse?

Definitely Lily's kitchen, my old girl used to get that at the end of her life because she deserved the best but some days would only eat tuna in spring water.😍

Lily's Kitchen was rejected by his Royal Highness. It's too course for his sensitive palate, apparently. This cat wants mush.
