My 12 year old used a catflap in her last home all the time. Refused to use mine because fair enough it was one of those massive microchip ones and too high up for her to reach.
i had a new pane of double glazing in with a small cat flap in it much lower down, perfect for her.
The kitten goes in and out. Older cat refuses, I have to keep opening the door.
Its driving me nuts.
She refuses to go out if I'm not at home.
I've shoved her through a few times but she's not having it and will not respond to treats, food, anything.
What do I do - wait until summer?
