Cat versus Christmas tree - any pics? (lighthearted)

I lost my girl a couple of year ago and one of the things I miss the most is seeing the ways she would play with and ''attack'' the Christmas tree every year. I would often come home to find the little monster had knocked the tree down entirely.

So if anyone has fun pics of cats misbehaving or enjoying the tree this year please post!

I am in a rental flat at the moment so can't have pets but will get a rescue cat as soon as I buy my new home so hopefully this year will be my last festive season without a resident cat...

We have two, they are 6 months old and neither of them have shown the slightest bit of interest in our tree!

Xmas cat! The first year we've had a tree up with Miss "I eat anything I shouldn't for giggles" and she's completely ignored it! Apart from sitting under it every now and then.

Teddy, otherwise known as Ted the Turd. He's literally ripping the branches off the tree! Adorable but such a naughty boy x

I'm thinking of getting a cat and often lurk on the cat threads to cheer myself up. I love cats. All the photos are superb. I was feeling deflated after what felt like a difficult day and these pics have put a smile on my face. My favourite is @kittythehedgehog it's so funny x

Our 12 week old kitten is too small to take out the tree but he loves climbing it and swatting all the ornaments. DH asked if our tree would be safe if we got a cat and I brushed it off, saying my old cats (from many years before) never messed with the tree. Famous last words! He gets himself stuck in the lights and mews for help.

No cat in the first picture but it was the result of the cat in the 2nd pictures few years ago. He hasn't pulled the tree down since, we now hang those scented sticks on it and that (mostly) deters both cats from actually climbing the tree, they still like to chase each other around it though
