Cat Three is not smart

I adore Cat Three but he isn’t very smart.
He can’t work out how to get the treats out of the treat toys so he waits for the other two to get some and tries to steal them. This is not a popular action but he is undeterred.
He knows not to mess with Cat Two but even when Cat One is hissing at him he is sure that means “Let’s keep playing!”
It took him a while to work out how doors work. Even now he seems a bit amazed when you open one for him.
He gets super excited when it’s food time. He runs in front of you and flops down so you will rub his belly at least three times on the way to his dish: but jumps up and runs ahead again before you touch him at least twice. It’s as if he realises the belly rubbing slows down the arrival of the food but he can’t help himself.
He will only stay outside for longer than three minutes if the temperature is above 25 degrees. He is ridiculously happy to be an indoor cat. He loves being where Cat One and Two are, except outside on cold days. Then he sits on the indoor mat watching.

I love him! He is a little sunflower in his summer pot

He is absolutely gorgeous. He doesn’t need brains with those looks to fall back on!

Cat 2 will only stay outside for more than 3 minutes, IF the temperature is above 25 degrees! I can’t remember the last time she went out, of her own accord? Probably September? She is quite bright though, although I have had cats, who were cerebrally challenged!

He is adorable.

My DCat is clever and active and is hard work. He rings the doorbell at all hours and is constantly out with his friends going all over town. It's like having a teenager. I love him but do wish he would be a bit more of a homebody.

That is not a stupid cat. That is a clever cat, who wants you to think he's stupid. He's gorgeous!

learieonthewildmoor · 12/12/2022 19:42

The not being able to get treats out of the treat toys could just be a ploy to be given a pile of treats.

So he gets the treats whilst the others do the work, I think he is the clever one.

Awww, he's so sweet. I love him!

My Cat 3, I reckon her brain is 99% eyeballs. There isn't room for anything else in there.

EdvardMunchsMuse · 12/12/2022 21:47

He is gorgeous and looks like an eternal optimist.

Ellmau · 14/12/2022 00:10

He sounds adorable.

Same with Cheddar, and Magic is just fluff. Though I'm beginning to wonder....
