Visiting cat has worms.

I have "not my cat" who visits on a regular basis. He lives up the road in a small house (same as mine) with 6 other young cats, so I think he comes for peace and quiet. He's at least 15yrs old (he's been visiting for almost that long)

We don't feed him on purpose, but he does sometimes sneak in and eat biscuits. But mostly he comes in to sleep. I know he doesn't have a cat flap at home, and the owners are out all day, he's often out all night.

The last few weeks he's started going upstairs to nap on DC bed. He's never gone upstairs before this. Today, he was laying on DC1 bed. I moved him to make the bed and there was a ....patch/small pile/blob of worms on the bed.🤢

The owners have a selection of supermarkets flea and worm treatments. They know he visits but I definitely couldn't talk to them about suggesting a vet prescribed wormer. They wouldn't be happy. Nice people but I wouldn't want to piss them off.

Would you worm him yourself? Could the owners have wormed him hence the worms exiting??
