Physio and cats

I'm doing some physio for a slightly wonky hip joint.

Scissors lift. I lie on my side, using a band, I raise my left leg 15 times. Cat initially looks a little alarmed at the noise of the band, decides it's fine and rubs his face all over mine.

Clam shell. Again, on my side, knees bent, band around my knees, lift bent knee etc. Cat slightly bemused by this, then decides to try and settle in behind my bent knees, giving me filthy looks each time I move.

Leg lifts. I lie on my back, pull in abs and very slowly raise bent leg up and down. Cat tries to lie on my stomach, gets irritated by the movement, moves further up my chest so his arse is in my face.

Floor lunges. On all fours, stretch out left arm and right leg, pulling in abs. Change sides. Cat wandering in and out of underneath me, tail in my face, lose balance, fall to floor. Give in. Cat waits for me to stand up, then tail high in the air, leads me to his food bowl which is full.

The above is to be done twice a day for a month.
