My cat (2.5 yrs) ha s recently decided he sets bed time. It's never been fixed, somewhere between 10-12 but recently about 11/11.30 he's like 'time to go'

Anyone else?

Ours does the same! Bedtime about 11ish. If we stay up late, she puts herself to bed first which can be problematic if I don't get a chance to close our bedroom door in time and our bed becomes The Chosen Bed for the night

Be happy its late. Mine used to be anywhere between 7.30pm and 9.30pm. It was the only time she smacked and it my ankles (if I was too slow going upstairs). On the plus side I found mumsnet on my tablet since I wasn't allowed to be downstairs with the TV 😂

Mine like to retire early, normally around 9 but no later than 10 🙄

Good advice indeed, he is completely adorable and once I've settled will choose a place where he can see everything and be close. And - no does not object to me watching stuff on phone 🥰🥰

My two just follow me round the house and they come upstairs when I go up.
If I go up for an afternoon nap on my days off they come with me. I am always surrounded by cats - not complaining 😍
