Glow in the dark collars/ LED

I know there is lots of controversy about cats wearing collars but I was wondering if anyone knows of an LED collar for cats? There are plenty for dogs but from what I have seen they don’t seem to be quick release. I have a neutered boy cat who wears a reflective collar and will roam regardless - forces himself out of the locked cat flap but always comes home for a snuggle in the morning. After seeing his collar flash in my headlights when I had to go into work late the other night ( he was away from the road but still….) I’m wondering how I can make him even more visible.

I think it's advised not to have LED collars on cats if you leave them in their collar 24/7 as it can be distressing for them to have lights / flashes in their face 24/7 (as opposed to dog walking which isn't all the time).

Should have made it clear- he wears a reflective collar at the moment but was wondering if there is a cat equivevelant of the dog light collar. Unlikely he would wear it anyway if there was but…..

I came across this but not sure how it would work on cats who clean themselves...

@Midnights I hadn’t thought of that. Thank you
