Don’t even know why I’m posting but I know all you moggy lovers will understand. My lovely Katy was diagnosed with diabetes in June. Been on insulin and had a visit to the vets on Monday this week where they said she was doing well, put on weight etc.
i went to bed last night and got woken up by her doing a terrible meow. Took her to the vets where they tested her blood etc. he thought she’d got some blood clots in her brain like a stroke I guess.
Had her put to sleep as I knew it was the kindest thing to do. Went with my eldest, and his girlfriend who Katy basically dumped me for during lockdown, followed her around etc.
can’t believe it am I’m so sad . Until Rainbow bridge my furry friend ☹️
