Really starting to struggle for money and Hills renal cat food is so expensive. My cat has early stage renal disease, he is a young ish cat so hopefully will be with us for many years to come. I would really like to find something he will eat that is good for him but also not so expensive if at all possible.
Any suggestions? He currently has the biscuits.
I remember a while ago hearing about some kind of supplement that you could put on any food that would make it safer for kidneys but our vet was dismissive of it and I've forgotten what it was. Any ideas?
