Sorry, I'm sure this subject has been covered before.

What is the best value pet insurance for a cat? I looked at Pet Plan and it seems quite expensive compared to some of the options I found on Money Supermarket.

You need to look for life time cover, then the highest cover you can afford and then read the detail. What is covered? Do they cover hydrotherapy, dental etc. do they cover behavioural referrals?

I've had £22k of claims with Tesco. Very efficient and always paid up
Quickly. It's also the cheapest I can find for my gruesome twosome.

My two are insured with Animal Friends and I can't recommend them enough. Put a claim in last week for some X-rays and the whole thing has been so easy. I find them pretty cost competitive for lifetime cover as well

Thank you, I'll look into your recommendations x

We had lifetime insurance from Petplan. They paid up no issues when our DCat was v.poorly, had to see specialists and was eventually pts.
