Constant entertainment?

Feeling like I have to constantly entertain my 13 week old kitten. Is this normal? Another kitten isn’t an option. Wondering if this constant need to be entertained/played with will end? Evening zoomies before bed - not every evening. If I sit down for 5 mins she’s looking to go behind the tv where wires are which I’ve blocked off. Love her to bits but feel like she’s taking over my life!

Yep - 100% normal which is why they always say to re-home kittens in pairs.

Of course it's normal and you'll miss it when she calms down! Mine is nearly 7 months and still needs a huge amount of attention. You need to be playing with her actively until she's literally too tired to move.

She will take over your life and you have to accept that! :)

I accept it! I play with her every waking moment. Worried about when the kids go back to school and I’m working from home (shut in the bedroom) two days a week.
