Agria or Pet Plan Insurance?

Hello. Have 5 weeks free insurance for our kitten with Agria. Wondering whether to continue this or switch to pet plan? Anyone have reviews of either? Thanks

I have Tesco and very happy with them. My parents also happy with them. Then changed to Agria and hugely regret it. It's taken ages to settle their claims.

We’ve been very happy with PetPlan for our cat who’s now ten. They pay very quickly without any fuss. I’d recommend looking at a lifetime policy which means recurring problems are covered for as long as you have the policy.

Thanks both.

Petplan never had an issue with them and they've paid around £4500 over 18 years.

Petplan who’ve paid out £15000 in vet fees over the last two years without a quibble. I keep expecting them to dump me!!

Have a look at Many pets (previously bought by many) also as it's very similar policies to Pet plan but tends to be cheaper and one of the few, like pet plan that some vets will deal directly with rather than make you pay then cook back later. Your vet might not offer this but the fact some so suggests they are more reliable than some others for paying out.
