Anyone else's cat have this?

Hello

Quite new for my cat to have this, recently she has developed this dry black stuff near the right side of her nostril. I've read a little about it, could anyone shed any light on whether their cats have had this or currently have the same thing please?

Offs it's snot.

I agree with @HMSSophia , there nose runs a bit and dirt / dust sticks to it.

We used to say the cats been truffling .. or sticking it’s nose in a mouse hole, when we had outdoor cats. Or a scratch from a bramble/other animal.
Present day house cats - it would be food, or dirt from a pot plant or a bit of fluff.

Eldest girl has always had this. She has a regular clean up with a damp cotton bud, for which she sees absolutely no need. 😾
(She's also had cat acne on her chin, just the once, which I didn't think was connected?)

Our white cat always had it.
