I got a cat recently from a breeder, she's been great but I've not sorted out insurance yet although I got her registered with a vet soon after. Been looking at the various options and finding it confusing but going to go with Petplan.
Anyway I noticed last night that the cat has a bit of a runny nose, a bit of clear discharge at one nostril. She's not sneezing a lot but has done a couple of times so I'm going to phone the vet anyway.
She's fully vaccinated so I'm wondering if she's inhaled something that's causing problems. I'm aware that they wouldn't cover anything within however long of taking insurance anyway.
I feel awful that the breeder had the cat for X many years with no issue and she's been with me 5 minutes and I'm already having to phone the vet about something :(
