Trying to source raw food supplier, help

I'm rehoming a raw fed cat soon (need to phone to arrange but I foresee within the next week or two). I'm just back from holiday and things are a bit crazy. What I hadn't realised is how much of a faff it is to obtain the food! I thought I'd just order a number of packs and that would be it, easy.

It appears that I need to order minimum quantities of food, and delivery charges are around £10 from what I've seen so far. Ditto for the supplement required, I can't just order a tub of this stuff I have to make up the minimum weight for the order first!

I'm stressed a bit.

Does anyone know of a good, reliable supplier who delivers to Scotland and doesn't cost the earth? Or would it be fine for me to get food from a butcher to tide me over in the meantime if it's not going to be doable just now? I'm assuming they're all basically the same thing as it's purely meat so not sure how fussy the cat would be if given a different brand to what they usually get?

Thanks for any advice.
