Can anyone advise how I would be able to make this part of my fence cat proof? It's only about 3/4ft tall but we share it with next door neighbour so it can't be replaced. All the rest of our garden is covered with 8ft fences but cat keeps trying to jump this one and neighbour doesn't have fences separating hers and the house next door/road.
