Cat with sensitive gut

Hi, we rescued 2 8 yr old cats 2 months ago and one has had diarrhoea twice in 2 weeks. He is otherwise well (have consulted with vet) so we are assuming it's his food that's not suiting.

Has anyone any recommendations for food for sensitive stomachs? They are plenty but all dry foods and Franklin does love his wet food!!

My girl is very sensitive. She has Iams vitality.

Does the vet have any prescription wet food? They're beautiful pusses.
