Not eating

Just wondering what to do. I posted a week or so ago as my cat, Luna, was poorly. After scans and various investigations she's been diagnosed with heart disease. She's on tablets that are keeping her stable but she has refused to eat properly since. She showed a bit of interest at one point and I thought it might be just a matter of getting her appetite back but it's been getting worse.

I'm taking her to the vets again today but has anyone got any experience of this? Is it likely that she's given up? If so do they put her to sleep. I don't want her to suffer and I don't want her to have unnecessary investigations but I also want to give her a chance if there is one. Do they leave it up to our decision? I've never been in this situation before and I'm not taking it well...

I know you've got another post, but in answer to your question regarding end of life, your vet will guide you. Sadly, it is a very difficult decision, but you'll know when it's the right time.

Hoping that she gets better💐
