Was given a table and fake leather chairs while we decided what to do with kitchen. Was hesitant to take them as knew arsehole cat would scratch them. DH wanted to give it a go.
Scratched one within 12 hours. Is there anyway I can protect them or do I just give the whole set away while still looking OK and go back to using our very old table until we decide on what to do?
Looked at some plastic type film on Amazon, but a review says it leaves a residue. Not sure any spray has worked. He is a house cat. Do I send him out finally??
Has scratch post in kitchen and floor to ceiling one on landing.
