After many tests, we've found out our 11 year old girl has stage kidney disease. She's been put on a renal diet and seems happy for now, but is eating a little less than usual. Vet is going to check blood pressure and protein in urine next week. I wonder what the prognosis is for cats at this advanced stage? I'm gutted as we only adopted her 2 years ago, but want to make sure she's as happy and as comfortable as possible.
