Is fine! No changes. Not particularly worried about her weight loss either as she's getting on a bit now. Here she is looking martyred. Grin

Is Snorg a hat?

Great news about your possible-fluffy-hat's heart though! Grin

Toddlerteaplease · 27/04/2022 12:45

Yes. She seems to think she's a hat. She's taken to sitting in my head in bed. As has Cheddar. The cardiologist was concerned when I said that her behaviour had changed and she's behaving more like a cat and not an amoeba.

You had me worried then!

I am so glad that all is fine.

Allergictoironing · 27/04/2022 13:55

I was worried by the title too!

Both of mine passed their MoTs in fine fashion, always a relief even if they don't have any issues.

Want2beme · 27/04/2022 15:28

That's great news. A very fine hat, indeed๐Ÿ˜

ItsJustTheOneSwanActually · 27/04/2022 15:40

Ah thatโ€™s good. Our elderly cat has a murmur thatโ€™s improving. Such a relief

we worry when she behaves oddly that sheโ€™s dying

I was really concerned that her weight loss. Means her kidneys are failing. But she's just too well and she's not behaving like Maia did when hers were. The cardiologist says just monitor it. And seemed non plussed about getting bloods done. Which I'm reassured by.

I had two hats last night. My MS has flared up again, and cheddar has been very attentive Hmm

Theyโ€™re looking after you ๐Ÿ˜€

Fluffycloudland77 · 27/04/2022 16:57

She does look put upon โ€œwhy you do this?โ€

This made me laugh out loud!

I love that they're looking after you :) But sorry youre having an MS flare. Can I borrow one of them tonight? It's cold and I'd like a fluffy hat in bed!

And also, why did you call her Snorg?!

Toddlerteaplease · 27/04/2022 22:35

@Kat1953 you are welcome to borrow one of them. I might get an uninterrupted nights sleep. My sister nicknamed Magic, Snorgmaiden and her late sister Maia, Fatty cat. I have no idea why. Cheddar has been nicknamed Gremly, shoulder pig and also trash goblin. She loves to insult her. She loves her really though.

I once woke up on a really hot night with a matching pair of black furry earmuffs!

๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ "shoulder pig"

Pixiedust1234 · 27/04/2022 23:01

I am sorry but that is still not a cat. From the picture she looks like a large hairy guinea pig. Adorable ball of fluff all the same ๐Ÿ’•

(And phew to passing her mot!)

Wolfiefan · 27/04/2022 23:02

You had me worried then too. So glad itโ€™s good news.

Toddlerteaplease · 28/04/2022 09:14

The vet has just called. They've had the report from the cardiologist. They aren't concerned about the weight loss as she's now a healthy weight. I am not to try and put it back on. Snorg is not happy about that advice! I'm amazed to have had a call. They don't normally phone me!

Wolfiefan · 28/04/2022 09:32

Snorg will know to unplug the phone in future. ๐Ÿ˜† So glad itโ€™s good news.
