Oh no! Is this a flea?!

It was in my bed! Literally tiny as you can see next to the cat hair in the photo

It doesn't quite look the right shape. It could actually be a bedbug which is worse than fleas by far I'm really sorry if I'm wrong, but maybe post a more close up photo?

I don't think that's a flea, they are are flattened laterally, that bug looks too wide. Agree possibly a bedbug which is way worse I'm afraid!
If you watch it fleas jump, bedbugs don't AFAIK.

I think it’s a tick. If you regularly treat your pet, they tend to fall off, I have found a couple on the floor before now.
