Cats with Dermatitis

I think my indoor lass may have military dermatitis. She has red scabby bits on the back of her neck, by her tail, few under her chin etc. Noticed them about a week ago. I've done a bit of research and seems she could have military dermatitis. She doesn't seem very itchy but I have noticed some of the scabs have been bleeding as her fur is white round her neck so she obviously is scratching when I'm not around. She seems well in herself, eating and playing normally and still have a lovely glossy soft coat. No fleas, no diet change etc. The only thing I can think is we changed the brand of litter to Cats Best around Christmas time and I'm now wondering if she has an allergy to her litter. Has anyone else experienced litter allergies or military dermatitis or have any advice?

(Vet appointment is booked for next week.)
