Feeding advice

Need some advice on adjusting my cats feeding times. They are fussy buggers and rarely clear their bowls but also they don't go back to food once it's been out for a while.

Currently they have dry food down throughout the day and night, they don't eat much of this, girl cat does more than boy cat. They have 15 - 20 grams, the recommended amount.

They have half a pouch each at 7am, rarely finished.

They have lik e stick or half a cat soup pouch about 12 ( this is because girl cat is on cystitis medication and she won't take it mixed in cat food, only in soup or yogurt)

They have half a pouch each about 4pm which they often aren't hungry for due to the snack

They have another half pouch each at 9pm before bed.

According to their weights girl cat should be on 1.5 pouches a day plus 15g dry food and not cat on 2 pouches a day plus dry food so not cat is slightly underfed but that doesn't take into account their snack plus they do eat from each others bowls at times.

Problem is I'm returning to the office some days next month so I won't be here for daytime feeding, I'll be leaving at 7:30am and returning at 16:30.

So how do I get a snack and 2 meals in between 16:30 and 21:30?

They rarely finish a half pouch so they won't take a full pouch each and they need the snack as it's the only way girl cat will take her medicine.

Do I give snack at 16:30 and try a full pouch at 21:30?

Do I give a full pouch at breakfast? Or at 16:30 and give the snack at 21:30?

Any ideas?
