Fleas house

Going insane
Three weeks fleas dogs treated by vet and used indorex while house several times and vacuuming washing constantly
Keep finding little black specs so so tiny
Dogs seem ok odd scratch
What are these little black specs they’re so tiny I’m going out of my mind and completely paranoid
Any advice please
I lay in bed last night and kept having odd itch, put torch on and about three teeny black specs on sheet
Is house still infested

The black specks are likely to be 'flea dirt' ie their faeces. You can check this by putting them on wet cotton wool and they should go a rusty red colour (from digested blood that fleas feed on.) Keep at it. Apply the vet product as soon as it next becomes due and keep vacumming round and emptying it.
