My baby is being spayed today. She is tiny and only 4 months old Sad

But the vet said I should do it now as her mother was only 6 months old when she had her. Still can't help feeling bad about it though, she's only a baby.

@Fluffycloudland77

Did you cry going home like I did?
No managed to hold it together for the kids 😁 Just going to be on edge all day waiting to know if she's ok Sad

They are having to do bloods on her as they have noticed one of her eyes are red, she sneezes a bit but I've never really thought much about it.
Feel so sick with worry that there's going to be something wrong with her Sad

Hopefully it’s nothing and you don’t want to have an op if your poorly.

We ended up doing without the collar and the suit thing - our cat damn near turned herself inside out trying to get them off, I was worried she’d pop her stitches. We kept a close eye on her and she never bothered with her stitches at all, preferring to find comfy out of the way places to snooze for a few days. She had an excellent recovery and now has a happy life roaming the fields behind us without getting bothered by local Tom cats. Best thing to do all round.

She started licking and suit isn't here but even with the collar back on she's so much calmer and happier now. Basking on her window seat. I may have jumped the gun in my panic upon her behalf. But they are our world aren't they?

Sorry should have updated.
She's fine, they think she has an allergy so need to figure that out. We are thinking maybe her cat litter as it's quite dusty so will swap to wood pellets.
She's wolfed half a tin of tuna and keeps playing with hair bobbles which is her favourite thing to do 😻
Just keep trying to get her to calm down a bit!
