Fussy cats

My cats (sisters, age 10) are so fussy at the moment...from about 5pm - 10pm they roam the house, go outside for a couple of minutes, shout to get back in, go back out. Repeat several times. We feed them, they eat a tiny bit then stare at us and meow, eat a bit. Repeat. It's driving us mad! I wonder if since the pandemic and people are around more they are used to the attention and now demand it all the time. Also, they are clearly sick of their Felix food...any recommendations for something that will satisfy them? Smile

Try the Doubly Delicious range from Felix - my sister’s cats are very fussy as well but they love this!

I'm still a fairly new cat owner but been trying all the foods. My cat is loving the cuts in gravy and not the pate foods.

The one guaranteed to be gobbled without a trace is Claude's Bistro from Tesco. It has an ok meat content for a budget food. We treat her to Canagans a few times a week - which actually looks nice enough to put in a sandwich! High Life is well received.

If she turns her nose up, we sprinkle some cat biscuits on top and she'll get a taste for it then.

The asking to be let in & out is just a daily test they do, to ensure they are still in full control of the house.

No idea on the food, but try playing with them with Ada bird toy or similar when they the going out coming in thing.

Yes, it could be the need to play actually, we are all so busy they have been neglected on that front recently. Hoping it improves as we move into Spring...they love to be in the garden climbing trees and chilling in the sun ☀️ Will take a look at the food suggestions, thanks'

I recently moved mine from Felix AGAIL to Sheba - terrine in the mornings and the fine flakes in jelly for their supper (larger meal). Stinks a bit, but they clean up a lot more of it than they did the felix!
