Cat doesn't like grandson

Light hearted. We have new grandson 4 months visits once sometimes twice a week very quiet child never cries. My 4nyesr old neutered cat leaves when he is here and arrives back soon as they leave, or he will hide under ny bed.
Last week he arrived in disnt realise they were here came in and hid under the cooker and stayed fir 30 minutes after they left. Im just wondering why this happens. Its only been happening since the baby arrived its nit a problem im just baffled as not noisy.

It's just a 'new thing' and some cats just don't like new things. Ours hates our rescue dog...the dog is the most mild mannered and untroublesome thing...never touches the cat but the cat walks out immediately the dog shows up.

For the record, cat was always fine with our other dog...and would sit with him sometimes.

Cat also despises the neigbours toddler and leaves when he comes to visit.
