Some questions about Harry!

We had some very good news - he got a clean bill of health from the vets a few weeks ago and his kidney readings have actually improved slightly. However, this being Harry that wasn't the end of it! He had to go back the following week after taking a lump out of his eyelid and the vet said he has a 'galloping heartbeat' meaning he could have heart disease and did I want him scanned! I'm not worrying too much though as the previous vet (cardiac specialist) said he was fine and I'm not putting him through another scan.

Does he still need his vaccinations every year? The garden is cat proofed so the only place he ever goes is the vets when he has one of his little 'incidents'!

I posted a while ago about his favourite Country Hunter food being discontinued. I have a stash at home but need to find something else. I picked up some Applaws today but didn't realise it was a complementary food (I didn't have my reading glasses!). Would it be OK for him to have an Applaws pouch morning and evening and biscuits for lunch and in the night? This is the same routine he has now, except the wet food is Country Hunter.

I've just cancelled his Healthy Pet Club membership as the only options for flea and worm treatment were Advantage for fleas and Profender for worms. I hate doing the spot on every month so I've asked the vet to prescribe Bravecto Plus which covers fleas and most worms. He can have Profender 6-12 monthly for tape worm and he's covered.
