Outside for kittens

Hi. We have a pair of 6m brothers. They were chipped and snipped 10 days ago so we have let them out. All our previous cats have been free range via cat flap from this age. However this pair seem less streetwise yet more in need of being outside. Whilst not quite farm kittens, quite close. Super loving in the house.
I appreciate they are only being let out for a couple of hours at a time , but they are happy to come in when encouraged for food, but don't seek to come in.
Any advice please

Only let them out when hungry & encourage them back in after short spells? Is how we started with my current kittens. I train mine to come for a food call, too.

Than you. We have been not feeding before they go out. So food is a home motivator.
It is more the sense that they are not coming in because outside is so wonderful. Having been outside, inside is then appreciated so I don't think that they are feral.
