Help I have a kitten without a name....

I brought this gorgeous boy home yesterday. DS has the final say on the name so all suggestions will be put to him.

He (Dkitten) is very vocal and incredibly nosey and a wee bit skittish (typical kitten!)

Names I like are:

Frodo
Rafferty
Bilbo
Barry
Bruce

DS so far has considered:

Leonard

Harvey
Oscar
Freddie

Aww you lucky thing OP, what a gorgeous kitten, name I would suggest are Oscar, Charlie, Smudge, Tom, have fun choosing.

I think as far as hobbits are concerned, he's more a cheeky Pippin than a Frodo or a Bilbo! 😁

You need multiple names. So the proper name - e.g. Lord Leonard of Snugglesville.
The short names - Lennie, len
The affectionate names - Lennie lou lou, Leonard Pennard, snuggly wuggly
The telling off name - said to your partner if you have one- That cat of yours..... - obviously we never actually tell cats off.....

I would pick Leonard from those two lists. He's gorgeous 😻

Leonard or Barry or Stan. Human names for animals are always a winner IMO.

Just to note that I had a toy horse called Bilbo and 50 years later my dad still won't let me forget that once I got it wrong and called it Dildo...

Haha!! That is me to a tee!! All of my Dpets have had the longest silliest of names within about 6 months of getting them. They also always have a song about them that I make up and sing to them regularly!!

Leonard is my absolute favourite, currently Ds is trying out Pippin - I'm sure it will be something different by bed time!
