My cat passed these last night I'm her wee although there was very little wee but lots of these, about triple the amount shown here, and a small about og blood.
Obviously I'm taking her to the vets but while I wait for results does anyone know what they are?? I hate waiting

No picture but I guess kidney stones. Cats that don't drink much are prone to these I think. Or who have an all dry food and don't drink.

Mumdiva99 · 27/01/2022 08:54
Shock Poor poor cat. That must have been so painful.
RockBottom43 · 27/01/2022 08:56

She didn't even make a noise! I wouldn't of known until this morning unless I went to the bathroom late last night.
She has a mixture of wet and dry food. She eats both and drinks fine so I'm very confused. It's so scary when it's your pet because they can't talk to you and tell you what's going on

Don't beat yourself up. These things happen. I'm sure you are a wonderful cat mum. Good luck at the vets.

TheLongRider · 27/01/2022 14:45

OP - that looks like seed mix not crystals. I can see sunflower and millet seeds. If the cat is genuinely off colour take it to the vets.

MayThePawsBeWithYou · 27/01/2022 14:48

Was it definitely in her urine or poo. Hope kitty is ok and feeling better.

Anotherhill · 27/01/2022 14:50

Sure she didn’t vomit them up?

Calennig · 27/01/2022 14:50

I was thinking that - but yes I'd see the vet to figure out what the problem is.

Toddlerteaplease · 27/01/2022 14:50

I also thought it was seeds. I can't imagine lumps that size would get down the urethra.

Somanysocks · 27/01/2022 15:09

Looks like bird food

RockBottom43 · 27/01/2022 16:16

Was definitely in her urine, you could smell where it came from!
I can see why you would think seeds as that was my initial thought, middle of the night squinting at the bathroom floor. But she had bladder stones, she's passed them now and is on special urinary food. Poor baby. She seemed absolutely fine in herself, maybe a bit more cuddly but I am pregnant and just put it down to that. She seems fine but I'm keeping an extra eye on her. Thanks for all your responses

They definately look like bird food.. Poor cat, hope she's ok

Mia184 · 27/01/2022 18:22

I did a Google picture search and it is scary what can come out with a cat‘s urine 😳. Those are feline urinary stones.

Your cat is hard as nails Shock poor girl indeed.

RockBottom43 · 27/01/2022 18:42

Yeah she's gone through some tough things in her life bless her! Just so glad she's passed those terrifying things. I should've taken a picture of all of them, there was so many!

OP, has she peed again since last night? There may be more of those things inside her.

RockBottom43 · 27/01/2022 19:14

Yes she has. I watched her go outside this morning to pee and she's peeing normally thank God
