Recommend me a cat bed!

DCat like an igloo style bed, but hers lost all stiffness in the wash and now collapses, so she sleeps on top of it. I also think doughnut beds look v cosy.

Any suggestions of good quality beds that survive cleaning?

Spent a fortune on cat beds for mine, she does not sleep in any of them...she sleeps in any plain cardboard box we have lying around.

DCat will sleep on her unicorn coloured donut bed.

Only if there is a towel on top of it or if it is upside down - if it’s upside down the black grippy part is showing it is okay to sleep on uncovered .

Occasionally will sleep in her teepee. Only if it’s very cold, and she will sit in her teepee for an hour, then get on the window to cool down, then get in the teepee. Repeat, all night long.

DCat much prefers to tip the washing basket over and sleep in that. Or the end of beds. Or on top of clean clothes. Or wet towels. Or office chairs, preferably if you were sat in it five seconds earlier and you’re likely to want to sit in it five seconds later.

But she’s very cute, very good company and gives the best cuddles so I don’t care

Cats love new flat surfaces. Stick a newspaper or magazine on the floor and they have to stand there and feel it with their cat beans. Some seem to like a smooth surface to sleep on as well (e.g. windowsill).

Thanks for all the suggestions! I love the sunny basket one, but it's impossible to see how padded it is. I'd rather like a doughnut bed for myself, they look ssooooooooo comfy.
