Didn’t have time to check MN since the other day but looks like the thread was deleted so it must have got argumentative after I left 
Kitten’s been seen by vet yesterday. Confirmed 8-12 weeks old. All healthy.
Gave mater a piece of my mind and left it with her to decide whether to report the kitten’s prior owner or not. Too much liability for me to do so, I have vindictive and narc family members who would love the opportunity to crucify me if they found out it was me.
What’s summarily important here, is kitty is happy and healthy and in a far better environment now.
