I am losing the will with muddy prints. I’ve had a couple of different mats at the back door, they weren’t overly effective so I was resigned to mopping the kitchen 2/3 times a day in wet weather. Not ideal but I’m a messy cook so I mop it daily anyway.
But now my cats have decided they prefer to come in through the patio doors (no matter how hard I try to invite them through the back door). One of them likes to travel all over the sofas to get to the hallway instead of just walking in a straight line. The sofas are luckily leather but I really don’t want to have to clean them, and the living room floor, several times a day for the next few months, so I’m hoping the litter tray can recommend some effective mats (or ideally runners) I can place along the doors.
