Broken leg recovery

Hi, my cat was hit by a car a few days ago, needed an op to put plates in her leg to repair a break and is home today. We've got to keep her in a crate for 6 weeks. She's pretty unhappy about it but hopefully she'll settle. Just wondered if anyone had any tips for settling her or keeping her happy as we can? Thanks

Oh that's rubbish... but great that you have her home now. Feliway to chill her out, cat tv, chat to her, calming cat treats, earplugs for you so you don't give in 😉

Thank you - I hadn't heard of any of those things. She's a bit sad today and tried to escape her crate when i was changing her food. Sad :-(

YouTube do lots of cat videos for them. Mine loves gophers and rabbits it seems.

She’s indoor only, we think if we let her out she’d be brought home by the rabbits and shoved through the flap, not disemboweling them on the lawn like Bengal boy did.
