Bleach and disinfectant

One of my cats goes completely ballistic if she gets the slightest whiff of bleach on my hands. She likes to sit next to me while i am on the pc and will grab and bite my hands. Once a week i give the litter tray a full clean and leave it to soak in hot water and disinfectant in the garden and she will practically have her had in it soaking up the smell.

Is this a cat thing or has my girl got an addiction problem lol. Her previous owner was a bit of a druggie so maybe my girl is trying to get high.
My other cat dosnt do this.

Some cats are bleach lovers use bio liquid its better for the smell

I've heard that bleach smells similar to pheromones to cats.

My boy cat is the same, I had to stop using the flash bleach spray as he would roll around on my kitchen units like a cat possessed!

My girl cat goes wild after I use bleach. Rolling around, grabbing my hands and gnawing on them. I make sure I give my hands a really good wash after bleaching anything but she can still smell it!

Use a different cleaning product.

It's a cat thing. My girl cat goes goofy and the male turns into even more of a knob than he is normally - DP refuses to use bleach because he's fed up of minding his own business sleeping on the sofa to find him using his hands as a chew toy. As disinfectant is absolutely out of the question due to it being poisonous to cats, I told him he'd just have to buy a steam cleaner instead.

Cat got an extra few bits of raw chicken once that was delivered.
