Just joined after lurking for sometime. I am owned by two lovely moggies called Dora and Holly. Dora did have an owner but Dora didnt like living with her so she shacked up with me . That was about 12 years ago. Holly was a feral living on the streets who i managed to coax into the house. We think she was about 5 months old at the time. She was absolutely terrified of me and lived under my bed for the first month. Gradually gained her confidence and now she loves and trusts me unless i have to give her pills then i am the devil in disguise.

I would post photos but not sure how to do it. Help !!

Hello OP and welcome to The Litter Tray.

I think you have to wait 48 hours after joining before you can upload a picture (this is to deter spammers).

Those are two lovely Overlords @catmania🥰

Come and join in on the Chez Ollie general cat chat thread. We even, very occasionally, chat about other stuff 😁

It will be compulsory to put pictures of Dora & Holly on there too though 👍🏻

Lovely cats. Glad they've got a loving home. My Mr Cooper was feral until I found him and took him in, 10 years ago. He's old now (17 at least), with only one eye, one "fang" and he's deaf.

Meant to say Dora is the tabby and Holly is the tuxedo. Dora is aka Adorable Dora and Holly is My chubby little Chicken

Here are mine. Dolly, white cat, is a nervous wreck. She's 11 years old. I found her in the middle of the road when she was 4 weeks old. It's very unusual for her to spend any time downstairs, (she's known as the upstairs cat), but she's been down every night during Xmas.

Ambrose, big black cat, came along about 6 months ago. He's a lovely, quiet lad and very friendly with other cats. He's a real homeboy now, and spends most of his days hanging around the house or in the garden. He has a wander everyday, but doesn't stay away too long.

Little black cat, still no name, came along a few months ago. He's a very confident little lad. I'm still trying to find a home for him, but it's not looking hopeful.

@Want2beme I christen him Clint (the man with no name) all your cats are adorable. Are you seriously trying to re-home "Clint"? Or is this going to be another "not my cat" situation 😁

If you are genuinely rehoming him and you're in or near Cardiff, I live in a house owned by 6 3/4 cats and always have room for another panther 😉

Want2beme · 03/01/2022 08:56

Athenajm80 I wish I was close to you, but I'm in ireland. He's up on the local rescue Facebook page and I did have a chance to leave him in their cattery, but I just couldn't. He loves living here, as he has so much freedom in this rural area. He'll stay with me if a new home doesn't happen for him, but he'd be great in a household with older children. He's a real chatterbox and always busyGrin

Dora and Holly are beautiful, OP.

I've got a tubby boy cat - I call him 'chunky puss'. My girl cat is very slim, he's just an absolute gannet.
