Xmas and your cats

This is my rescues first Christmas - he was a feral for the first 5 years then in a rescue centre for over 6 months. He’s rather bemused and confused by the whole thing, doesn’t like the noise and clutter. I think he is counting down the hours till it’s over.

Here's mine. Wilson is a soppy lap cat

Mine hates it, every year she gets really stressed by all the noise and different people. Without fail she also gets an upset tummy. This year we started a Feliway plugin 2 weeks ago and hoping she finds it easier

One of mine loves it and is enjoying getting extra pats from my mum who is staying with me. Always loves being in the centre of all the action!

The other is terrified of strangers and so last night when my mum tried to give him a head rub, he was so spooked her got under the bed covers with me and refused to come out until this morning!

Christmas in my house is quiet, but even with a little bit of extra activity, they've definitely been put out

My boy hates any visitors (especially my parents) but my Mum came round this afternoon, as my Dad had been taken into hospital and we cannot visit. He was so nice to my Mum it was like he knew!

She seems to be enjoying it! Note no baubles left on the bottom of the tree either.

Dcat loves Christmas.. He loves vegetables!! Especially broccoli and peas..
And today he had some crab pate..
He is a strange boy!!

@Santahatesbraisedcabbage aawww he could be the brother of my girl! They look so alike!

Cats are enjoying deconstruction of the bottom layers of the tree most nights..
We've had a pretty quiet Christmas so it's not been much different to usual.
