I'm so excited. Dh is buying us a floor to ceiling cat tree and we're going to put shelving around part of the room so the cats have an aerial walkway to get onto the tops of the cabinets and bookcases. We're putting carpet onto the shelving so they don't slip.

Wow! So envious.
I suggested a floor to ceiling scratching/ climbing post and a shelf on the wall at the top so puss had somewhere to sit once she climbed up & all I got was a disgusted look.

I was trying to ease my way in gently before requesting a round the room shelf with cat obstacle course Grin

Mine were never interested. They'd far rather climb up the curtains.

Mine are always looking to get on top of the bookcase so I'm hopeful they'll like it 😄

I'm always worrying about them getting bored.
