Some advice. I have a nearly 7 year old female who I got a year ago. She'd been an indoor cat her whole life until August when I finally had cat flaps installed. She has continued to use the tray.
However, since I was away a couple of weeks ago (she stays in situ with a twice a day cat sitter) her tray usage has dropped massively... do I assume she's started going outside, or should I worry? She seems fine in herself.
Would it be normal for a cat who'd never had chance to toilet outside before, take a few months to start doing so?
