We have two oriental cross brother and sister who are almost six.
I've always had Siamese cats growing up and DH & I had two pre children.
We're still yearning for a siamese.
We've had three cats in the past but have some concerns now.
Our two have quite a complex relationship, they're chalk and cheese. They can be the best of friends and snuggle each night and eat together but they can absolutely rub each other up the wrong way frequently.
So...we were considering a dog but have decided we're not in the right point of our lives yet to commit to all that a puppy entails.
So thoughts are turning to a Siamese kitten.
My main concern is the impact it will have on the other two. I know how they may react is not predictable but I don't want to cause them any great stress if it's really not a good idea.
So my question is can it/will it work introducing a kitten at this stage in their lives , are we being selfish to even consider it??
Would love to hear your experiences and thoughts
