My cat has injured himself - limping badly, may be a strain or sprain as no obvious fracture.
I found this out on Sunday afternoon, then looked up the details of the pet insurance we have. This gives us access to the Joii app - I hadn't actually realised this is part of our package. The app allows video consultations with vets and was really quick and helpful.
I'm going to take my cat round to our normal vet today to get some pain relief etc but it was extremely helpful yesterday to talk to a vet and get their views on the urgency or best approach to take.
Hope this might be helpful to all of you MN cat owners, especially if like me you maybe didn't realise this was even an option (Fully appreciate there are lots of video consultation apps out there and no I'm not on commission!).
