My cat is dying Advise please

My poor boy, he has cancer and has now stopped eating. It’s so hard to know whether he’s suffering. He’s getting more wobbly with each day. I’ve tried a few different foods to encourage him to eat but nothings working. He’s just skin and bones now. He can still jump on the bed, just about, and go to toilet etc. It there anything I can give him to eat, make him more comfortable, when will I know it’s time?

Thank you for your kind words. DD is just so angry and tearful. I’m missing him so much still, the house just feeling too quiet without him. I can’t tell if my other cat misses him, or has realised. The cat that’s left is not like the other, this one doesn’t like to be stroked or near people obviously I love him dearly but he’s no comfort for the one I lost. When the kids are in bed sleeping, as a single parent, I really valued that affection from him and miss it so much more than I thought I would.

So sorry OP, please take comfort that you did the right thing for him x
