2x adopted kittens, brother and sister, took them a while to settle in but we luffs them and they luff us back now 😺😺❤️

I'm looking at boy-kittens paws and the words the Fosterer said to me on handover are coming back to me that 'he's going to be a BIG boy'.... 🙈

He defo has long legs and some bigger paws that his sister....

Stunning black and white markings! Does it matter how big he gets? I dare say he will be a big lad but no cat is exact,y huge.

He looks a bit like our boy! He was from the RSPCA, long legs, long body, but not chunky as such although I suspect he will fill out more.
His back legs are so muscular.
He's 5.15kg, so on the bigger side, and definitely not overweight (can see his waist when looking from above).

Both very cute - but I'm not really convinced you can tell how large they will get. My cat Sybil had very big paws as a kitten. She's grown into a small adult cat with big paws Grin

Another pic of Loki Long-Paws. He had his bum on my lap and his nose reaches my lower shin.
We think his dad was a big thug of a tomcat from Finsbury Park. He was neutered at 10 weeks so I don't know how big he would have been with added testosterone!

Don't forget, male cats tend to be larger than females and even within the same sex can be different sizes. I have two males, one is solid, the other very thin, leggy and much smaller than his brother. Either way, they're both very much loved cats!

I read big paws arent an indication of how big a cat will be, but the size of their back legs do. Don't know whether this is true or not but my boy cat is a giant and had huge long legs as a kitten.

Our latest addition has got big paws (or murder mittens as they are called in the US I like that Grin) he’s 5 months just now and is definitely getting big now.

They are both very much luffed and I'm definitely not worried if he does get huge ❤️ I guess it was checking the big paws - big cat tale/myth 😊

I have boy and girl siblings. As kittens, boy cat had comically large paws, especially when compared to his sister's tiny feet.

Now they're almost 3 years so fully grown. Boy cat is definitely bigger and musclier, although not as much bigger as his paws would indicate he should be (if that makes sense - so his paws still look proportionately a bit chunky on him compared to girl cat). His claws are massive lethal weapons. He insists I hold said paws every evening when it's his bedtime.

Girl cat has a smaller head, less chunky body, and daintier paws with tiny claws. However, she actually outweighs him Grin She loves her food so we have had to cut down how much we give her!

The thing is with cat siblings is that you can never know who the daddy is since queen cats can conceive from different toms in the same litter.

I think the OPs cat looks as though he will be chunky, reminds me of a former landlords cat who would ignore me totally unless his family went away when he would become my shadow. He was huge, weighed a ton but insisted on being a lap cat.
